Field of Light illuminates. As far as the eye can see gentle rhythms of colour light up the desert.
The critically acclaimed Field of Light Uluru by the internationally celebrated artist Bruce Munro is on display and due to popular demand, has now been extended indefinitely.
The exhibition, aptly named Tili Wiru Tjuta Nyakutjaku or ‘looking at lots of beautiful lights’ in local Pitjantjatjara is Munro’s largest work to date. Overwhelming in size, covering more than seven football fields, it invites immersion in its fantasy garden of 50,000 spindles of light, the stems breathing and swaying through a sympathetic desert spectrum of ochre, deep violet, blue and gentle white.

Things to know
Tour duration: approx. 1.5 hours This pass does not give access to the raised viewing area with views of Uluru. The exhibition is located in a remote area away from the Resort and is not accessible unless booked onto one of the tours. If you're travelling with children under 2 years of age bookings must be made through the Voyages Travel Centre, call 1300 134 044 Due to rough or uneven terrain that could make for unsafe conditions, prams are unfortunately not permitted at the site.

Pass: We strongly recommend pre-booking your Field of Light tours prior to arrival as spaces are limited and tours are selling out. The exhibition is located in a remote area away from the Resort and is not accessible unless booked onto one of the tours.
