Alice Springs Beanie Festival 2025
Friday 20th June 2025 - Monday 23rd June 2025 @ Araluen Arts Centre
The 29th Alice Springs Beanie Festival one of Australia's unique Festivals will be held in the Red Centre in June 2025.
Five hundred beanie makers (from around the globe) shall create some of the world's best headgear and 6600 beanies are expected to descend on the Araluen Arts Centre for four days of exhibitions Indigenous workshops textile classes live music homemade tucker and a whole lot of fun joy warmth and colour.
We are planning for a huge success and blessed to include beanie artists from the remote Indigenous Communities of Central Australia creating opportunities for some lovely cross-cultural sharing with visitors. And of course we won't pull it off without the 120 volunteers giving their time and love to our special event.
Ticketing
- Entry into Beanie Central is by gold coin donation -no tickets required.
- Entry into The National Beanie Exhibition is FREE for the Festival weekend.
- Children's Corner Workshops are free and you can drop in anytime.
- Entry into workshops have varying prices prices and booking sites - check out the program
